“It's still sore. I can't lie and say I don't feel anything, it feels amazing,” Willis said. “But it's one of those things you have to work through. 退役声明:“After prayer and careful consideration, I have decided it’s time to end my professional football career,I have given my heart and soul to the game that I love, and it’s time for me to move on to the next chapter of my life and help others. I have given every ounce of my energy toward making a full recovery from my knee injury, and I have made a lot of progress. Unfortunately, getting my knee fully back to the level the NFL demands has proven to be insurmountable.I am grateful for the entire 49ers organization. Their decision to draft me was the realization of a lifelong dream to be an NFL player, and I cannot thank them enough for believing in me and for doing everything in their power to assist in my recovery. I will always be a 49er!
Though I am proud of what I have accomplished throughout my football career, I am sincerely disappointed that it must end, but I trust that God has a great plan for my future. As for what’s next, I will be returning to the University of South Carolina to complete my degree. I cannot say enough about the support from the Gamecock family since the first day I stepped on campus until now. “ I don't think he's suffered a setback, but (his toe) just hasn't gotten that much better.”
他说Wills能否出战圣徒还未确定，但如果他本周一直缺席训练，那么他出战的机会很小。截止到目前为止，Wills仍然缺席训练。
“It’s questionable,As the week rolls on, if he doesn’t start practicing at some point then it starts moving to doubtful.”

2.圣克拉拉检察官办公室发表声明说因证据不足不会对Ray McDonald提起诉讼。
检察官Jeff Rosen：“All domestic violence complaints deserve our concern, sensitivity and careful review,After our thorough review of all the facts, we do not have evidence sufficient to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. McDonald committed a crime against Jane Doe."
球队声明：“The issue of domestic violence is important to us, as it is throughout society. We have taken this allegation seriously, just as we have taken the principles of due process seriously. We have said from the beginning that we will consider the information available, allow the facts to lead to our decisions and respect the judicial process. Based on the information available to us and the District Attorney’s decision not to file charges, there will be no change in Ray’s status with the team.”
